Prerequisite: 

This course is limited to trained practitioners and students of hands-on body therapies (for example, Bodyworkers, Physical Therapists, Rolfers, Chiropractors, Structural Integration Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Neuro-Muscular Therapists, and other somatic practitioners). Students of these disciplines with at least 250 hours of hands-on training and/or instructor approval may also be accepted. Feel free to contact us directly about prerequisites or course content.

About the Instructor:

Til Luchau is the Director and lead instructor at Advanced-Trainings.com. With a diverse background in manual therapy, somatic psychology, transformative education, and leadership development, Til is known for bridging big-picture concepts with real-world applications in his widely popular trainings and presentations.

A Certified Advanced Rolfer™, Til spent 20 years on the faculty of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute®, where he chaired the Foundations of Rolfing Structural Integration program and originated Skillful Touch Bodywork in the early 1990s. He is the author of the Advanced Myofascial Techniques textbook series (translated into six languages), and his regular columns—Myofascial Techniques and Somatic Edge—have appeared in Massage & Bodywork magazine since 2009. His work has also been published in professional journals and magazines across the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and Poland.

Til has taught in over 20 countries on six continents and has held roles such as resident practitioner at the Esalen Institute, Chair of the Rolf Institute’s Teacher Training Committee, and Adjunct Faculty at Naropa University’s Somatic Psychology Department. He was inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame in 2015 and named Massage Magazine’s first “Massage All-Star” in 2018. Based in the Boulder, Colorado area, his private practice includes manual therapy and online consulting in personal well-being, business development, and professional supervision.
