Deep Roots Massage

Acupuncture

Acupuncture supports overall wellness by helping to manage pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, balance hormones, regulate the nervous system, and support healthy digestion.

At Deep Roots, acupuncture is offered in a community setting. While each treatment is highly individualized and based on a private consultation, the treatments themselves take place in a group environment. Patients are treated in comfortable recliners arranged in a quiet, shared space. This community-based approach not only makes acupuncture more affordable and accessible, but it also fosters a sense of shared healing energy.

What to Expect:
When you arrive, your acupuncturist will have a brief discussion with you about your health concerns and treatment goals. You will then settle into your own reclining chair, and the acupuncturist will insert thin needles, usually in areas such as the head, arms, legs, or ears. You’ll remain fully clothed, so be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Sessions typically last between 30 and 60 minutes. Many people use this time to nap or deeply relax. Afterward, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
