A fun and lively class about effective myofascial massage techniques with an emphasis on self-care, body mechanics, leverage and ease for the practicing therapist.
This workshop’s topic is TBD – but you can count on learning something new and having a great time doing it! Women should bring a sports bra to help with practice interchanges.
Kevin Comeau, LMT brings over 25 years of studying, practicing and teaching advanced bodywork and martial arts. You’ll leave with a few new techniques and concepts that you’ll be excited to practice right away.
This Massage Lab workshop is free for licensed massage therapists and matriculated massage therapy students.
