What can I give to humankind, and how can I cultivate connection with my community and fellowship? I chose health and healing through cooking, herbal medicine and therapeutic touch. My experience as a mother, farmer, and nurturing food provider are some foundations that bring compassion and intuitive bodywork to my clients in need.
