- If you're new to us or returning after some time away, we'll connect with a quick phone during business hours call to confirm and take pre-payment information.
- Members and guests who have a credit card on file may be approved more quickly with email notification.
- For simultaneous or multiple appointments it's still best to call.
Your Visit
For the safety of our clients who are immunosupressed and for the health and work viability of our staff, Deep Roots requires a completed health screen questionaire for every client before every massage. We’ll send a link to the questions with your reminder email and text the day before your appointment. We can’t proceed with your massage without this form so please be on the lookout.
Services
Hot stone, cupping, or heat packs can be added to any massage at the time of your appointment. Ask your therapist during the intake process.
Prenatal Massage are offered at no additional charge. Please be sure to choose Prenatal Massage when booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
Same day cancellations (made for reasons other than a health concern) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
