Guest Services at Deep Roots is a multifaceted position encompassing customer service, team coordination and office maintenance. The successful candidate will maintain a neat appearance and a warm, friendly competent manner while managing an array of detail oriented tasks including but not limited to; greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating the client database, performing merchandise sales and computerized check-out. Guest Services personnel also oversee room assignments, room preparation, laundry, cleaning and office procedures. Guest Services personnel support the Office/Operations Manager and Owner as needed.
A successful candidate is a highly organized team player with a positive attitude who enjoys serving the public. Strong computer skills, interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask are a must.
